 An order will only be accepted once full payment for that order is received. If acceptance is communicated, it is contingent upon receiving full payment. However, accepting an order does not imply acknowledgment of full payment receipt. After authorizing your credit card and verifying product availability, Ratnaprabha will send you an email receipt confirming your order. Please retain this receipt for your records.

 

 Your Ratnaprabha will be delivered worldwide with full insurance coverage through our reliable and trackable logistics partners, couriers, or registered post. Both domestic and international orders are fully insured and shipped using a secure tracking service. Once your item has been dispatched, you will receive an email notification.  Our pricing does not include any levies or taxes for orders delivered outside India. The goods may be subject to local import duties and taxes based on the prevailing rules and rates of the respective country or state/province. Ratnaprabha is not responsible for any import duties or taxes imposed when the goods are exported out of India. Additionally, any import duties and taxes payable are the sole responsibility of the customer and not Ratnaprabha.
